Welcome to the oldest Romanesque castle Vildštejn! 

Vildštejn Castle is the oldest castle in our country, which is still in operation. The castle is mentioned in the middle of the 12th century. The castle is located in the town of Skalná, near Františkovy Lázně. 

We offer authentic accommodation and excellent medieval cuisine. Whether you come to us with your family or friends, you will experience unforgettable moments. With us you will feel like you have gone back in time. In the medieval banquet hall you can enjoy, among other things, the specialties of our butcher. You will learn about the history of the Castle and you can visit our museum.
